To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bobu888 excludes all liability for losses and damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond bobu888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions in games provided by third-party game studios, where such malfunctions are addressed by voiding the affected bet and returning the stake.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits bobu888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bobu888's negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.
